I've been in and out of therapy for years, but my most recent therapist, who I've been with for 3 years, suggested that I try CBT. Now I'm freaking out and feel like I have to start over with a new therapist, and I have no idea how CBT will help me. I've been dealing with anxiety and depression for so long.
