Bisexuality is as prevalent as it is questioned. Whether you identify with the label, misunderstand it, or prefer to use other labels to describe similar preferences, there are people for whom this label means something. Since self-acceptance is among the biggest goals we wish for our clients, that often begins with accepting others. Without a constructive awareness, it may be easy to dismiss how others "do" their sexual orientation.
So what to do with that? Well first off, just talk about it, and realize the unique challenges that sexual minorities face, whether they are L, G, B or T.
