Being that I currently am on vacation, I thought it would be good to share why vacations are really important for our mental health. So, take a vacation. Even if it’s in your backyard, or if you put palm tree decals on your tub wall and blue bath salts in the water. Take time for yourself. Shut the cell phone off, hide your laptop and lose your iPad. Change your name for the weekend and just VACATION.
