I think one thing that people neglect about their mental health is actually thinking.  So many of us --including myself -- don't think about things before we do them. I know this sounds vague but think about it!

And what I mean by thinking is giving ourselves permission to reflect scientifically on our actions. Before we do them!

So my thought about how we can, each day, make ourselves more mentally healthy is to remember this slogan:  THINK

And then, trust that you know how to do this- in your own way- just the right amount you've somehow always known and let yourself-- think.
